You can make Shami Kabab with meat, fish, Chicken, and potato. I make this for my children because they can eat any time and easy to eat. It is simple and stays fresh for few days. This food people eat for lunch or dinner. It is also good for students or a family with more children.
How to make Persian fish Shami kebab
1 pound of potato boils in the water or cook in water, or Turkish Organic Split Red Lentil, or Yellow Split Peas cooked.
1 pound born less fish or meat
1small onion ground it, 1 egg, and salt and pepper
1 tea spoon spice ground turmeric
1 cup of chick pea flour All of these mix together, and heat ole and make the small cycle put in the ole and cook each side for 3 to 5 min or each side get golden brown, Served with rice or bread.
