Japan Okonomiyaki

Ingredient (for 2 persons)
・weak flour (100g)
・*Hondashi (3 teaspoon)
・egg (1)
・water (120ml)
・cabbage (200g)
・pork (100g)
・source (moderate)
・mayonnaise (moderate)
・dried bonito (moderate)

HOW to COOK
1, Mix weak flour, Hondashi, egg and water in a bowl.

2, Mix with the 1st one, pork and cabbage which you have to cut very small.

3. Bake the ingredient as it come to round at low heat.

4. Bake other side when its color changes into brown at low heat till it is completely baked.

5. Put source, dried bonito and mayonnaise on it, and it is completed!!!!!

Okonomiyaki is very popular Japanese food because the taste is very very good.
I really recommend you to eat Okonomiyaki. In Osaka, there are a lot of good restaurants of Okonomiyaki, and almost people living in Osaka can cook Okonomiyaki better than people living in Tokyo. When you come to Osaka, you must eat Okonomiyaki!!!!!
